Configuration Fields
Field Name | Description |

Activity Status | The port activity status: |
| • Active - The port is enabled, and data is |
| transferred through the port. |
| • Dormant - The port is enabled, but data is not |
| transferred through it, e.g., because the port acts |
| as the backup port in a pair of redundant ports. |
| • NotActive - The port is disabled. |
|
|
Administration Status | The state of the port: |
| • Enabled - The port is enabled and can transmit |
| and receive packets. |
| • Disabled - The port is disabled and cannot |
| transmit or receive packets. |
|
|
Administrative Status | The state of the selected port, ports, or ports in the |
| selected LAG: |
| • Enabled - The port is enabled and can transmit |
| and receive packets. |
| • Disabled - The port is disabled and cannot |
| transmit or receive packets. |
|
|
Auto Negotiation | The configured state of the |
| protocol between two stations. When enabled, |
| |
| denominator for the flow control capabilities of the |
| endstations, and sets both to the same highest |
| common setting. It also delivers remote link status. |
