Putting into operation

Mains voltage

Run the modem via the accompanying plug-in power adapter off a mains voltage of 230 V/50 Hz only. The unit must not be connected to the sup- ply until after the connections to the antenna socket and the PC have been set up.

Grounding

The house distribution system must be grounded in accordance with the relevant local and/or Ger- man VDE regulations.

RF-connection

Do not remove the cable connection (F-plug) from the modem while it is still connected to the mains supply.
