Registration
After the diagnostics are completed, the screen refreshes to show what problems were encountered, if any. From here, you can choose to Master Reset the modem, Troubleshoot, or close the diagnostics.
If no problems were found, the text should read, “No Problems Found.”
Registration
If you have significant trouble connecting the modem to either the network or your own computer, call customer service. A customer service representative will instruct you to enter a pass code that will unlock a detailed diagnostic screen.
The detailed diagnostic screen will help you accurately diagnose the problem.
