Modem Indicators

Diagnostic Icon Function

Once you have installed the software driver a new Diagnostic Tool icon will appear in the lower right corner of your desktop in the system tray. This icon serves to help you monitor some of the characteristics of the ADSL connection. It can also be used to access the Configuration menu (see the next section). The table below summarizes the icon display function.

LED Indicators

There are two LED indicators on the PCI Modem. The Link indicator will light green when an ADSL link has been established. The Act indicator will blink green when there is activity on the ADSL line.

Uninstall the Modem

To uninstall this PCI ADSL Modem, follow these steps

1.Click on “Start”,

2.Go to “Program”,

3.Select “D-Link DSL-100D”

4.Click “Un-Installer” and follow the instructions when prompted
