Unplug the shredder before cleaning it.

Do not perform any repairs on the shredder. (See page 12).

Figure 3. Do not shred CDs or DVDs in the cross cut model (7550X). It may splinter disks and kick them back out. Only the straight cut model (7500S) is suitable to destroy CDs or DVDs.

Do not attempt to shred paper clips with the cross cut model.
