AV MENUS

WhenAV MODEthe TV is set to the AV1 or AV2 mode, the menu lets you customize the unit by allowing you to change various settings as follows:

Press the MENU button on the main unit or the ® button 1 on the remote to

access the on-screen menu.

Select one of the options at the top of the screen (AUDIO, VIDEO, SYSTEM)

using the Navigation g 2 or c 3 button.

Use the Navigation a 4 or e 5 button to select one of the setup options, then

 

press the Navigation g 2 or c 3 button to adjust it as per the following steps.

If AUDIO option is selected, you can set the following: Adjust for best treble (high) response.

TREBLE:Adjust for best bass (low) response.

BASS: Adjust for best balance between the left and

rightBALANCE:speakers. Usually setting this option in the middle is the most optimal.

SHARP

If VIDEO option is selected, you can set the following: Adjusts the brightness of the image.

BRIGHT: Adjusts the contrast of the image.

PICTURE:Adjusts the color intensity.

SHARP:

COLOR: Adjusts the sharpness of the image.

If SYSTEM option is selected, you can set the following: Select YES to mute the sound or NO for normal

soundMUTE:. You can also mute the TV using the remote, see

page 25. Select a language, which is used for the on- screenLANGUAGE:display (ENGLISH, JAPANESE or CHINESE). RECALL: Select YES to recall the original video setting.
