4.For HiTi printer products, the use of a non-HiTi ribbon cartridge, or a refilled ribbon cartridge, non-HiTi photo paper or sticker. HiTi will charge its standard time and materials charges to service the printer for the particular failure of damage.

5.If HiTi receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any software, media, or ink cartridge product, which is covered by HiTi's warranty, HiTi shall replace the defective product. If HiTi receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any hardware product, which is covered by HiTi's warranty, HiTi shall either repair or replace the defective product, at HiTi's option.

6.If HiTi is unable to repair or replace, as applicable, a defective product which is covered by HiTi's warranty, HiTi shall within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect, refund the purchase price for the product.

B. Limitations of Warranty

1.TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, NEITHER HiTi NOR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE HiTi PRODUCTS, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

C. Limitations of Liabilities

1.To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies provided in this Warranty Statement are the customer's sole and exclusive remedies.
