To choose paper size:

1With your document open, click FilePrint.

2In the Print dialog box, click Preferences or Properties (depending on your program or operating system).

The Printing Preferences dialog box opens.

3On the Print Setup tab, select the paper size.

4Click OK.

Unless you turn off the automatic paper type sensor, it always remains on. To turn off the automatic paper type sensor for a specific print job:

1With your document open, click FilePrint.

2In the Print dialog box, click Preferences or Properties (depending on your program or operating system).

The Printing Preferences dialog box opens.

3Click the Print Setup tab.

4Select the paper type from the Media Type drop-down menu.

5Click OK.

To turn off the automatic paper type sensor for all print jobs:

1In Windows XP, click StartControl PanelPrinters and Other HardwarePrinters and

Faxes.

In Windows 2000, click StartSettingsPrinters.

2Right-click the Dell Photo AIO Printer 924 icon.

3Click Printing Preferences.

4Click the Print Setup tab.

5Select the paper type from the Media Type drop-down menu.

6Click OK.
