Step 2 Configure CPU Speed

J16, J17, J18, and J19 are 2-pin bergs that help set the CPU speed. J21 is a 3- pin berg and J22 is an 8-pin berg that set the CPU speed, as described below. A visual display of the CPU speed jumper settings is shown below.
