7 Troubleshooting

In case of printer fault, consult this section for solutions and advice.

If you do not find a solution in this section, please contact your local dealer for assistance.

7.1 Cutter error troubleshooting

When cutter fails to recover due to paper jam or sudden off-line status, perform the following actions: 1Turn off power of the printer.

2Pull the latch to open the back cover of the printer.

3Power on the printer, the cutter will be reset automatically.

Caution

—To avoid injury, please do not touch the sliding blade of the cutter when printer is power on.

7.2 Printer doesn’t Work
