The item must be returned to MAGMA with all parts and components that were shipped with it, in undamaged condition. The Customer shall be responsible for missing components and/or systems or components that are returned and are found to be physically damaged.

Non-Returned Advanced Replacements: Advanced Replacements that are not returned within 30 days of replacement shipment will automatically be charged to the securing credit card. If the product is returned after the credit card is charged, the entity (person or company) will be responsible for a Restocking Fee. This fee will be 25% of the listed price of the replaced unit, with a minimum Restocking Fee of $25.00. Product will only be accepted for return and restocking if the Advanced Replacement is less than 90 days from date of replacement unit shipment.
