Step 3:

Right-click on the partition status area of the USB 2.0 Hard Disk Drive. Click on [Create Partition….] and the “Create partition

wizard” will appear.

Step 4:

Follow the instructions of the wizard to partition and format your USB 2.0 Hard Disk Drive.

After you have completed the partitioning and formatting of the USB 2.0 Hard Disk Drive, you can write data to it.
