A segment of the main memory is allotted automatically depending on the computer’s operating status. The size of the Video Memory cannot be set by the user. The size of Video memory is allotted depending on the operating system.

1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Your operating system or some application software will report as fewer GB.

The monitor will be reduced to the area of 1024 × 600 dots.

Only with 16,777,216 colors can be displayed.

The screen resolution of 1024 × 768 dots may not be chosen with the factory presets depending on the computer’s model.

In that case, perform the following procedure to set up the screen resolution of 1024 × 768 dots.

AClick [start] - [Control Panel] - [Appearance and Themes] - [Display] - [Settings] - [Advanced] - [Monitor].

BRemove a check mark for [Hide modes that this monitor cannot display] in [Monitor settings], then click [OK].

CSlide the bar of [Screen resolution] to both sides and choose [1024 by 768 pixels], then click [OK].

[Color quality] appearing on the right side of [Screen resolution] needs to be used with [Highest [32 bit]].

A 16,777,216 color display is achieved by using the dithering function.

For information on TPM, refer to the Installation Manual of “Trusted Platform Module (TPM)”.

click (Start) and input “c:\util\drivers\tpm\README.pdf” in [Search

Programs and files] and press (Enter).

click [start] - [Run] and input “c:\util\drivers\tpm\README.pdf”.

This slot is compatible with High-Speed Mode. Operation has been tested and con- firmed using Panasonic SD/SDHC Memory Cards with a capacity of up to 32 GB. Operation on other SD equipment is not guaranteed.
