Firmware dialog box, Create tab ﬁelds

Field	Description

FileName	Specifies the path and filename of the firmware file.

Addr	Specifies the IP address where the new firmware file
	is located.

Ctrl	The valid values are:
	none The specified firmware file is not downloaded.
	download Downloads the specified firmware file

Booting ﬁrmware

Use this procedure to boot a ﬁrmware ﬁle.

Procedure steps

Step Action

1From the Device Manager menu bar, choose Edit > File System >

Firmware

The Firmware dialog box opens with the Update tab displayed.

2Click the Boot tab.

The Firmware dialog box Boot tab appears (see "Firmware dialog box, Boot tab" (page 67)).
