To use the top paper exit:

1Lift the paper catcher and pull it toward the front of the printer until it stops.

2Flip up the extender.

Rear Exit

Used for special types of print media, such as envelopes, labels, transparencies and card stock, to provide a straight-through path that eliminates curling, peeling, etc.

Pages feed face up into the tray.

Tray holds 100 sheets of 20-lb. (75 g/m2) paper. Pages stack in reverse order.

￿To avoid paper jams, remove the paper when the tray is full.
