Removing the Hard Drive

NOTE: You may need to install Adobe® Flash® Player from Adobe.com in order to view the illustrations below.

1.Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.

2.Press in on the blue tabs located on either sides of the hard drive assembly, and lift the hard drive assembly out of the computer.

3.Disconnect the power and data cables from the hard drive.

4.Remove the hard drive assembly from the computer.

5.Pull up the blue tabs and remove the hard drive from the hard drive assembly.

Replacing the Hard Drive

To replace the hard drive, perform the above steps in reverse order.
