Connecting to the Modem

1.The following window appears, find the Ethernet cable connecting the com- puter to your modem, then click Next.

☞Note: Depending on the type of modem, the picture in the fig- ure above may or may not reflect the configuration used.

2.When the next window appears, unplug the Ethernet cable from the back of the computer, then click Next.

☞Note: An Ethernet port looks similar to a phone jack, but is slightly larger.
