Chapter 2 Setting Up the Router

6.The next window appears as the Router is being located.

7.When the Router is located, a Congratulations window similar to the one shown below will appear.

8.Click Finish.

9.To connect a non-Actiontec wirless adapter to the Router, enter the following in the wireless client’s settings:

Network name (SSID): ACTIONTEC

Encryption: None, or disabled

Refer to the documentation that came with the wireless adapter for more information on how to set the Network name (SSID) and encryption.

The computer is now connected to the Router wirelessly.
