Email Templates automate the e­mailing activity. Please contact your Ohioedge CRM+BPM Server administrator to setup bulk e­mailing campaigns. Thefollowing figure shows one such email where at runtime the email address of the contact, name, date, etc tags are replaced by the actual information.
