System doesn’t power up

Power Supply
1Reseat processor card, video card, and ROM SIMM (if present).
2Reset Cuda chip. (Refer to The Cuda Chip in Basics for instructions.)
3Reset logic board. (Refer to Resetting the Logic Board in Basics for instructions.)
4Replace power supply.
5Replace processor card.
6Replace logic board. Note: When you replace the logic board, be sure the LED cable is not interfering with the power actuator.
