Thank you for purchasing a Böwe Bell + Howell Sidekick Scanner Model 1200/1400/1400u – the compact, by your side, all-in-one scanner.

Your scanner comes with everything you need to connect and operate a desktop scanning solution with no need to purchase additional cables or even software. The Sidekick bundle consists of the scanner, a USB 2.0 cable, VirtualReScan® (VRS) image enhancement technology and Capio™ scanning application software1.

Sidekick scanners are designed to be reliable, easy to connect, and easy to maintain. They are also designed to handle a variety of sizes and types of documents.
