Symptom

Cannot connect to the Internet.

Cannot automatically launch Internet programmes.

Internet takes too long to download Web sites.

Internet Access

Problem		Solution
Internet Service	Verify Internet settings or contact your ISP for
Provider (ISP) account	assistance.

Modem is not set up	Reconnect the modem, verifying the following

		the maximum speed of your modem is
		selected. Reset these settings if necessary.
	6.	Click OK to close the identification window.
	7.	Click Close to close the Modems Properties
		Window.
	8.	Click The Close P button in the upper right
		corner of the Control Panel window to return
		to the Windows desktop.
