Ports and Connectors

Console Port

The AVS 3120 has one serial port located on the rear panel that operates as the console port. The integrated serial port uses a RJ-45 connector. Figure 1-6shows the pin number assignments for the port.

Refer to Table 1-2for the console port connector pinouts.
