Checking the Front Panel LEDs

When the AVS 3120 is up and operational, observe the front panel LEDs to monitor the AVS 3120 operating status. Figure 3-5shows the location of front panel LEDs, and Table 3-1describes their function.

1	Power		Green	On	The AVS 3120 is on

				Off	The AVS 3120 is off

2	Status		Green	On	Normal operation, system has passed power-up
					diagnostics

				Blinking	Power-up diagnostics are running or the system is
					booting

			Amber	On	Power-up diagnostics have failed

3	Compact flash		Green	Blinking	The compact flash device is being accessed
