Introduction
Disc structure
(For DVD VIDEO)
A DVD VIDEO disc is comprised of "titles" and each title may be divided into some "chapters". For example, if a DVD VIDEO disc contains some movies, each movie may have its own title number, and each movie may be divided into some chapters. In a DVD VIDEO KARAOKE disc, each song usually has its own title number and does not have chapters.

How to handle discs
When handling a disc, do not touch the surface of the disc. Since discs are made of plastic, they are easily damaged. If a disc gets dirty, dusty, scratched or warped, the images and sound will not be picked up correctly, and such a disc may cause the player to malfunction.
