Button Function

Select

With SELECT, you can select the picture (channel) while viewing TWIN screen. When you press SELECT button, the channel number on the top will be highlighted. Each press of SELECT will shift the channel.

At first, select TV mode to use the Select function.

Freeze

Pressing the FREEZE button causes the screen to change to the split-screen display with the still picture displayed on the right. In order to return to the normal display, press the FREEZE button once again.

At first, select TV mode to use the Freeze function.

Mode

Your remote control can be used to operate some basic functions of your external devices. To use your device, select the proper mode.

By every press of the Mode button, you can select the mode.

TV STB VCR DVD AUDIO

The mode LED indicator on the remote control lights for 3 seconds each time the remote control is operated.

External device control buttons

You can use this remote control to operate the basic functions of your external devices. See page 69 on how to program the remote control to operate your other devices.

• The remote is preset to control JVC-brand devices.
