SOFTWARE SERIAL NUMBER
When contacting TEAC for any support, please write down the information as shown below. You can find this information by pressing the i key on the front panel.
The MAC address is used by every computer or product connected to the Internet. It uniquely identifies the product. This is known as the ‘MAC serial number’ or ‘software serial number’.
The software version helps us identify what features are available to you and how they operate.
For any servicing requirements, another serial number (the hardware serial number) is printed on a sticker found at the rear of the product.
