Before Operation - DVD part

General Explanation

This manual gives the basic instructions for operating the DVD+VCR. Some DVDs require specific operation or allow only limited operation during playback. When this occurs, the symbol appears on the TV screen, indicating that the operation is not permitted by the DVD+VCR or is not available on the disc.

On-Screen Display

The general playback status can be displayed on the TV screen. Some items can be changed on the menu.

On-screen display operation

1Press DISPLAY during playback.

2The selected item will be highlighted.Press 3/4 to select an item.

3The numerical buttons can be also be used for set-

ting numbers (e.g., title number). For some func- tions, press SELECT/OK to execute the setting.Press 1/2 to change the setting of an item.
