Troubleshooting
The Display is blank
•Make sure fresh batteries are properly installed.
Devices do not respond to commands
•Make sure the remote is in the correct mode.
•The battery power may be too low. Replace all old batteries with new ones.
•The remote may not be pointed in the direction of the device. Point the remote directly at the desired device.
•The device may be too far away from the remote. Move to within 30 feet of the device.
•Something may be blocking the communication between the remote and the device. Check for objects that might be blocking the signal from the remote.
•Make sure the device you are trying to operate is an
Syncing
I cannot sync the remote
•Make sure you are connected to the Internet before syncing the remote.
•Make sure that the RemoteLinker II* cable is properly connected to the remote and the computer before syncing the remote.
