Playing MP3/JPEG
General Operation
1Load an MP3/JPEG disc.
The data disc menu appears on the TV screen.
2Press w q to select the menu and press OK.
3Press e r to select the folder, and press OK.
4Press e r to select a track/file, and press OK.
Playback will start.
(JPEG only)
In Step 4, when you press MENU instead of OK, thumbnail pictures will appear. Use e r w q to select one of the pictures, and press OK to start playback. In Step 4, when you press PLAY/PAUSE q/h instead of OK, you can start the slide show.
Playing MP3 music and JPEG picture simultaneously
Tip:
–Some files on JPEG disc may be distorted during playback due to the configuration and characteristics of the disc.
–During simultaneous playback, it is not possible to select a file of MP3.
–During simultaneous playback, fast forward/reverse or slow forward is not available.
Playback selection
During playback, you can;
Press SKIP u / i to select another track/file in the current folder.
Press PLAY/PAUSE q/h repeatedly to pause/resume playback.
Repeat
Press REPEAT repeatedly to select the following repeat modes.
REP 1
–Keep a JPEG image still on the screen or play an MP3 file repeatedly.
REP DIR
–Play all the same type of files in the selected folder repeatedly.
REP ALL
–Play all the same type of files on the discs.
REP OFF
–Turn off REPEAT mode.
Zooming Picture (JPEG)
1During playback, press ZOOM repeatedly to display the picture with different scales.
Use w q e r keys to pan through the enlarged picture.
2Press ZOOM repeatedly to return to the original size.
Playback with Multi-angle (JPEG)
During playback, press e r w q to rotate the picture on the TV screen.
e : reverse the picture up and down by 180º
r : reverse the picture right and left by 180º
w : rotate the picture
q : rotate the picture clockwise by 90º
Tip:
–It may not be possible to play certain JPEG discs due to the configuration and characteristics of the disc or condition of the recording.
Tips: The operating features described here might not be possible for certain discs. Always refer to the instructions supplied with the discs.
