Features Menu Operation

MAIN MENU

FEATURES

1.Push the MAIN MENU Button.

2.Select the FEATURES Menu using the Left ( ) or Right ( ) Button. When the Features symbol is highlighted, the FEATURES Menu has been selected. Push the Down ( ) Button to access the Menu options.

3.Choose the option by using the Up ( ) or Down ( ) Buttons.

4.Adjust the setting of the option using the Left ( ) or Right ( ) Buttons.

5.Push the MAIN MENU Button to return to the Menu.

6.Push the MAIN MENU Button again to return to normal viewing.

When no picture is received or when the signal is very

 

 

weak, the screen reverts to a blue background and the

 

 

sound is muted. This feature can be turned Off to

 

 

continue watching weak signals. It may be necessary to

 

 

turn the BLUEBACK off when watching a videotape

 

 

when CUE or REVIEW have been selected.

Colour density varying between broadcast channels can be adjusted to three levels for each channel received. Use the Left ( ) or Right ( ) Button to switch between STD, HIGH and LOW.

prevent a child from watching a particular programme.

 

 

 

Select the channel to be locked before pressing the Main

switch child lock ON and OFF.

Reproduction of irregular signals such as certain video

 

 

 

games or some rental video tapes may be improved by

 

 

 

turning the VCR/GAME feature On.
