•Your Phone Up 4’s telephone upgrade fea- ture is designed to work with any telephone that meets current FCC specifications for hearing aid compatibility. Do not use cord- less or cellular phones to call for a telephone upgrade.
Follow these steps to upgrade your Phone Up 4.
1.Write down the brand name, model number, and manufacturing date for each device (TV, VCR, cable box, and so on) you want to load into your Phone Up 4. Have this information with you when you call the customer service representative.
