7.7 Setting up new channels

If required, you can add new channels to the pre-programmed set of channels. For this purpose, each satellite provides blank channel positions (marked by ********).

Example:	How	to
programme RTL to channel position 143 (Hotbird 13° East). The information to do this is collected in the
table of chapter 8, „Pre-programmed channels“, channel 128:
