Electronic Programme Guide

Electronic Programme Guide – EPG

EPG stands for Electronic Programme Guide and provides you with on-screen programme details. With the system, as with a printed pro- gramme guide, you can learn about the current programme. In addition programmes can be sorted according to certain topics, memorised, and also recordings can be programmed.

Starting and ending EPG

Switching EPG on / off

A wizard will guide you through the necessary presettings the first time you start the EPG. If you have analogue reception, you enter the data capture for analogue stations after that (see next page).

For TV sets with MHEG-5 software, EPG is only possi- ble for DVB-T stations.

Change to programme list MENU

Example

If you are looking for the next news broadcast, select

today's date, until 17.00 for example for the time, all

under Stations and News under Topics. Then all the news

broadcasts to begin shortly are listed in the programme

list below it.

The type of station listing in the programme list depends

on the setting of sorting in the EPG menu (page 31).

Time entry

If the line Time is selected, then you can enter the time

after which the programmes will be displayed, via the

numeric buttons of the remote control. The broadcasts

are sorted according to the order of the station list within

the selected time window.

Stations

If a favourites list has been selected, only the programmes

of stations from the favourites list are displayed in the

programme list. If "...“ has been selected, a single sta-

tion can be selected. Then, only the programmes of this

station are displayed.

Tip

Before pressing the blue button to leave the upper selec-

tion lines, select one of the preceding lines. If you then

switch back to the programme list, you can change this

menu line with 34, without having to leave the pro- gramme list. If you have marked Time, then you can enter the time, after which the programmes will be displayed, with the numeric buttons of the remote control.

The Loewe 42 is equipped with a 42-inch display, providing an ideal size for medium to large living spaces. The model employs a 4K Ultra HD resolution, ensuring that content is delivered with remarkable clarity and detail. This television also features HDR technology, which enhances color contrast and brightness, allowing viewers to enjoy deeper blacks and brighter whites, resulting in a more realistic picture. Loewe's proprietary image processing system optimizes every frame, ensuring that fast-moving scenes are rendered smoothly without motion blur.

Similarly, the Loewe 37 offers a slightly smaller footprint with its 37-inch display, making it perfect for cozy environments such as bedrooms or smaller living rooms. It retains many of the high-end features seen in its larger counterpart, including the same 4K Ultra HD resolution and HDR capabilities. Its compact size doesn’t compromise on audio quality, as it includes integrated speakers that deliver clear and rich sound, further enhancing the viewing experience.

The Loewe 32, the smallest of the trio, with its 32-inch screen, is designed for flexibility fitting into spaces where larger televisions may be impractical. Despite its size, the model boasts impressive picture performance through its high-definition display and advanced processing technology.
