SHUTTLE PLUS 5°

This VCR offers you the choice to view on-screen messages in English, Spanish or French (not including messages superimposed on the TV picture). Select the desired language using this procedure. The default setting is "ENGLISH".

1		TURN ON THE VCR
		Press POWER. If watching channel 3 or 4, press
		TV/VIDEO to select the VIDEO mode. VIDEO is
		displayed on the front display panel.
		ACCESS ON-SCREEN
2		MENU
		Press MENU as many times as necessary to bring up the
		Main Menu screen.
		ACCESS CUSTOM SET
3		SCREEN
		At the Main Menu screen,	MAIN MENU
		place the arrow next to	MAIN MENU
		place the arrow next to	PROGRAM SET
		“CUSTOM SET” by	PROGRAM SET
		“CUSTOM SET” by	FUNCTION SET
		pressing CH5° or	TUNER SET
		SHUTTLE PLUS 5°, then	=CUSTOM SET
		press OK.	AUTO PICTURE
		press OK.
			PRESS (5,°), THEN (OK)
			PRESS (MENU) TO END

		ACCESS LANGUAGE
4		SELECT SCREEN
		The messages are preset to	CUSTOM SET
		appear in English. If you want	CUSTOM SET
		appear in English. If you want
		to see them in Spanish or	OVERRIDE
		French, place the arrow next	AUTO CLOCK SET
		to “LANGUAGE SELECT” by	=LANGUAGE SELECT
		pressing CH5°or SHUTTLE	VCR PLUS+ SET-UP
		PLUS 5°, then press OK.	PRESS (5,°), THEN (OK)
			PRESS (MENU) TO END

5		SELECT LANGUAGE
		At the Language Select	LANGUAGE SELECT
		screen, place the arrow	LANGUAGE SELECT
		screen, place the arrow	=ENGLISH
		next to the desired	=ENGLISH
		next to the desired	ESPAÑOL
		language by pressing	FRANCAIS
		CH5° or SHUTTLE PLUS	FRANCAIS
		CH5° or SHUTTLE PLUS
		5°, then press MENU as
