Guide Program Numbers

Guide Program Numbers are used by the VIDEO Plus+ system to identify the correct preset to record. You should only need to perform this function if:

•using a PlusCode number does not identify a preset number automatically

•you add a channel after Auto Setup has been performed

•you wish to use the VIDEO Plus+ system to record a satellite programme

Manually Setting Guide Program Numbers

get to the guide prog set screen Press m. Move the highlight bar to INITIAL SET using

the Aand Bbuttons and press	3	OK /	(or E). Move the highlight bar to GUIDE PROG
		OK /				(or E).
SET using the Aand Bbuttons and press				3	OK /	(or E).
					OK /

enter guide prog number Use the Aand Bbuttons to enter the correct Guide

Program number for the TV station shown then press	3	OK /	(or E).
		OK /

enter receiving preset number Use the Aand B buttons to enter the receiving preset number that the VCR uses

to receive the TV station then press	3	OK /	(or E).
