DX_IOTT *iotp	• pointer to I/O transfer table
DV_TPT *tptp	• pointer to termination control block
DX_XPB *xpb	• pointer to I/O transfer parameter block
USHORT *mode	• switch to set audible tone, or DTMF termination
SC_TSINFO *sc_tsinfop	• pointer to time slot information structure
Returns: 0 success
-1 error return code
