4.7.Definition of Navigation Tabs

In addition to the toolbar icon shortcuts, VDRView has organized the main utility pages using tabs. The following sections will describe in detail the available features and functions associated with each navigation tab and its associated page.

VDRView also provides the following shortcut icons to navigate between the different pages.

4.7.1. Zerver Center

When VDRView is launched, the default displayed page is always Zerver Center where a summary of all VR-N100U security appliances are listed, whether discovered or not. On this page, the applicable functions include setting up the discovery methods and communication modes, retrieve information summary, setting up IP address, and the ability to simultaneously log into or out of multiple VR-N100Us. The name, type, IP address, how acquired, default name, discovery method and login status are available. There is no other product that can offer LAN and WAN management from a single application interface and provide complete secure communication using SSL to encrypt/decrypt data and video across the internet. In addition to this, it is very easy and straight forward.

A refresh shortcut icon is available as it is frequently used during discovery for VR-N100Us.
