Manual Dubbing (From VHS To DVD)

1 For DVD deck

 

 

 

 

Load a recordable disc.

 

 

 

For VHS deck

Dubbing A Part Of A Cassette

Load a cassette you want to dub.

 

 

 

2 Press VHS] to select the dubbing direction.

You can dub the selected scenes on a tape to the DVD disc,

During still picture on the VHS deck, the images may jitter, but this is not a malfunction.

5 Prepare the DVD deck for dubbing.

APress VHS/DVD on the unit repeatedly or DVD on the remote control so that the DVD lamp lights up on the unit.

B Press REC MODE repeatedly to set the recording mode.

C Press and hold 7, then press 9 so that the DVD deck enters the Record Pause mode.

6 Press and hold DUBBING for more than 2 seconds to start dubbing.

7 Press 8 to stop recording on the DVD deck.

Both the VHS deck and the DVD deck are stopped.

After dubbing is completed, press VHS] so that “]” lights off. If it is not done, recording on the DVD deck is not possible.

NOTES:

It is not possible to dub a tape with a copy protection signal.

If there is no remaining recording time left on a DVD disc, the tape automatically stops at that position.

It is not possible to perform other operations like Live Memory Playback. Check the recorded programme on the disc after dubbing.
