Insert a Chapter Bookmark (DVD+RW only)

During recording your DVD recorder automatically inserts electronic bookmarks at regular intervals. These bookmarks are invisible. They partition the recording and form chapters. Each chapter has an average length of 6 minutes (from 5 to 8 minutes depending on the disc type and the recording settings). These bookmarks allow you, when playing a title, to jump forward or backwards by measured amounts by using the Pr+, Pr- buttons. You can remove predefined bookmarks or add other bookmarks according to any particular locations that you wish to jump to.
