MS300 User’s

There are some rules to follow to make sure your ﬁles are transferred correctly. Please make sure your audio ﬁles follow these guidelines before importing them into your MS300.

System Requirements

•10/100 Ethernet network

•PC or Mac connected to the same local ethernet network as the MS300

•Windows XP or Mac OS X

Audio File Requirements

•MP3 audio ﬁles recorded at 96k, 120k, 160k, 192k, 320k, or VBR encoding.

•FLAC audio ﬁles

•ID3 tags are supported for both MP3 and FLAC audio ﬁles.

Cover Art Image Requirements

•JPEG image format

•No larger than 200 pixels wide by 200 pixels high

•No larger than 30K in size

•The cover art ﬁle must be embedded in the MP3 or FLAC ﬁle using ID3v2 tags.
