Chapter 7: Using the THINChome network feature

7Read, New Message, Delete

From the inbox view, you can reply to messages, forward messages, delete messages, or create new messages by pressing the appropriate buttons as shown in the guide at the bottom of the screen. You cannot add attachments to an outgoing e-mail, but you may forward an e-mail that includes attachments.

Note: If you delete an e-mail on the TV, it will also be deleted from the e-mail server identified in the account setup–even if the message indicates that it cannot be read by the TV.

8Exit

Pressing Oat any time will always close the Personal E-mail and return to the regular TV screen on the last channel viewed.

Read View

To read mail:

From the E-mail Inbox window, select the mail you want to read and press T. The read view shown below will appear.

Navigate ENTER View JPEG CH RTN Inbox +PAGE PAGE- Scroll A Reply B Reply All C Forward EXIT Exit

From the read view, you can scroll up and down to view the entire message by using B b.

If you wish to reply to the current message, press f. If the e-mail has more that one recipients, press gto reply to all (attachments will be discarded). To forward an e-mail to other recipients, press h(attachments will be included).

When a JPEG attachment is present, you can view this from the

Picture Viewer. Highlight the JPEG attachment icon and press T.

To return to the Read View from the Picture Viewer, press O. To return to the Inbox View from the Read view, press R.

Pressing Oat any time will always close the Personal E-mail and return to the regular TV screen on the last channel viewed.
