CONTROLS AND DISPLAYS

REMOTE CONTROL

This section explains how best to use the remote control to set up and operate the DVD 8 player.

1.POWER – Power ON; toggle STANDBY

2.MEMORY – Save/jump to playing point

3.AUDIO ONLY – Turn video On/Off

4.VOLUME - – Decrease volume

5.NUMBERS – Enter numeric title or track number values

6.TITLE – Show DVD title menu

7.ARROWS – Navigate the menu selection

8.SELECT – Confirm the menu selection

9.SETUP – Enter the player setup menu

10.SUBTITLE – Change subtitle language / Switch picture display mode

11.AUDIO – Change the audio language or channel

12.PLAY/PAUSE – Start or pause playback

13.STOP – Stop playback

14.REV – Fast reverse playback

15.FWD – Fast forward playback

16.PREV – Skip previous track or title

17.NEXT – Skip next track or title

18.OSD – Show/hide On-Screen Display

19.KEYBOARD – Show/hide virtual keyboard

20.HDMI – Switch HDMI output resolution or display the current output setting

21.P/N – Switch output TV system: NTSC, PAL or AUTO

22.SLOW – Slow playback

23.REPEAT – Repeat playback

24.A-B– Repeat play the selected A-B section

25.GOTO – Play from a specified location

26.ANGLE – Change camera angles on some DVD disks

27.ZOOM – Zoom the video image In/Out

28.RETURN – Return to the previous menu

29.MENU – Show DVD menu

30.CLEAR – Clear input numbers

31.VOLUME + - Increase volume

32.MUTE – Mute the audio outputs

33.INFO – Display disc information

34.PSM – Power Spectrum Meter On/Off

35.EJECT – Open/Close the disc tray
