The TX-NR5000E earns its place at the top with a unique modular design on the rear panel featuring a vast array of the latest digital and analogue inputs and outputs. New additions to Onkyo receivers can be seen in the form of an i.LINK (a.k.a. IEEE 1394) Module for high resolution, multi-channel DVD-Audio and Super Audio CD and an HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) Module for high-definition video and multi-channel audio digitally sent over a single cable. The Net-Tune Ethernet Module allows you exclusive access to music stored on your PC as well as Internet radio. All manner of digital and analogue inputs and outputs are to be found on the other included modules featuring, optical, coaxial, BNC component connectors, multi-channel, RCA and more. So, for your audio and video enjoyment revel in a design that is unique and a breadth of connectivity that’s simply breathtaking.
