Operation

PLAYBACK AUDIO WITH CD, VCD, AND DVD

CD

1Press AUDIO during play.

2Press AUDIO repeatedly until the desired sound is selected.

VCD

1Press AUDIO during play.

2Press AUDIO repeatedly until the desired sound is selected.

DVD

1Press AUDIO during play. Number of the audio soundtrack language being played back.

2Press AUDIO repeatedly until the desired language (or encoding method, channel number) is selected.

NOTES

When the desired language is not selected even after pressing the button several times, it means that the language is not available on the disc.

When the power is turned on or the disc is removed, the language heard is the one selected at the initial settings. If this language is not recorded on the disc, only the available language on the disc will be heard.

Some discs may not respond to Audio feature.

PLAYBACK WITH MP3

1Load an MP3 disc. The MP3 directory menu will be displayed.

2Press navigation buttons to select the directory where MP3 files that you want to play are located and then press ENTER.

3Press the navigation buttons to select the desired MP3 file of the selected directory of your disc If you want to return to the previous menu, press the navigation buttons in conjunction with the ENTER button.

4Press ENTER or PLAY to start playback of the file.

FOR YOUR REFERENCE

Press navigation buttons to skip to the next file or previous file during playback.

TO PLAY AN MP3 FILE REPEATEDLY

Press the REPEAT or REPEAT A-B buttons on the remote.

TO PROGRAM MP3 FILES IN A SEQUENCE

Press the PROGRAM button and the MP3 menu will open the program menu to the right of the main menu. Then select the files from any directory using the navigation buttons in conjunction with the ENTER button. One can store up to 20 files in the program sequence.

The REPEAT and REPEAT A-B function as ‘TO PLAY AN MP3 FILE REPEATEDLY’.
