When the television is initially powered on, three basic customer settings proceed automatically and subsequently: setting the language, channel and clock.

1If the television is in Standby mode, press the POWER () button on the remote control.

Result: The message Start Plug & Play is displayed.

2To start the Plug & Play, press the ENTER ( ) button.

Result: The options available in the Setup group are displayed with Language is selected.

3Select the appropriate language by pressing the or button. Press the ENTER ( ) button.

Result: The message Check antenna input. is displayed.

4Make sure that the antenna is connected to the TV. Press the ENTER ( ) button.

Result: The Auto Store menu is displayed with Country is selected.

5Select your country by pressing the or button. Press the ENTER ( ) button.

Result: The Search menu is displayed.

6To start the channel store, press the ENTER ( ) button.

Result: The search will end automatically. Channels are sorted and stored in an order which reflects their position in the frequency range (with lowest first and highest last). When it has finished, the Clock menu is displayed.

To stop the search before it has finished or return to normal viewing, press the MENU ( ) button.

7Press the œ or button to move to the Hour or Minute. Set these by pressing the or button.

You can also set the Hour and Min by pressing the numeric buttons directly.
