Viewing Product Information

You can view your product information. For service or repair please contact a Samsung authorized dealer.

1Press the D.MENU button.

Result: The DTV menu is displayed.

2Press the ▲ or ▼ button to select System.

Result: The options available in the System group are displayed.

3Press the ENTER ( ) button.

Result: The Product Information is selected.

4Press the ENTER ( ) button again.

Result: The product information is displayed.

Checking the Signal Information

You can get information about the signal status.

1Press the D.MENU button.

Result: The DTV menu is displayed.

2Press the ▲ or ▼ button to select System.

Result: The options available in the System group are displayed.

3Press the ENTER ( ) button.

4Press the ▲ or ▼ button to select Signal Information. Press the ENTER ( ) button.

Result: The technical information for signal status is displayed.

-Service : The current channel name.

-Service ID : The current channel number.

-Multiplex : The MUX name to which the current channel belongs.

-Network : The broadcast type name within the same area.

-Bit Error Level : A level of BER (Bit Error Rate) from 0 to 10. The lowest BER is level 0, while the highest BER is level 10.

-Signal Strength : Signal strength.
