Convenient functions

Auto Setup

You can restart the Auto Setup. (> 19)

PIN is required when you have locked channels. (> 72, Child Lock List)

Select “Yes”, then press [OK].

The timer recording programmes are cancelled.

If you perform “Channel Sorting by Region” (> below), you can sort the channel list best suited to your region after Auto tuning is finished.

Channel Sorting by Region

If you want to sort the channel list best suited to your region, follow the on-screen instructions to select the region you live in.

Normally, you should select “Best signal quality (All Regions)”.

Manual Tuning

You can add new channels manually.

1Press [3, 4] to select the frequency.

Adjust the frequency by checking the signal strength and signal quality displays.

2Press [OK] to start scan.

The set channel is displayed in the table.

Update Channel List

You can update the channel list to the latest one.

Signal Condition

You can check the quality and strength of signals. Press [CH W X] to select the channel.

The channels you can receive are affected by weather

conditions, seasons, time (day/night), region, length of the cable that is connected to the aerial, etc.

When the signal is too strong (red bar), reduce the signal amplification at your aerial. (For details, consult your dealer.)

Set whether to obtain the information automatically when a new DVB channel is added.
