Do not remove the SD Memory Card or switch the unit to the standby mode while the contents of the card are being accessed. It may result in malfunction or loss of the card’s data.

Use the write-protect switch on the SD / SDHC Memory Cards to ensure your data is securely protected when playing back contents from the card.

DNote

• The resume information will be cleared when;

-[Ê (stop)] is pressed while in the Resume-On-Stop mode. -the SD Memory Card is removed.

-the unit is switched to standby mode.

Do not delete the folders or files in the SD Memory Card with your computer.This unit may not read SD Memory Cards formatted on a computer.

If a folder or file name includes one of the following unrecognizable characters, the folder or file name may not be displayed correctly.

-Unrecognizable characters : . , “ = + [ ] ; / \ : ¥

9.3 Playing Back Video / Music / Photo from DLNA Certified Home Media Servers

On this unit, you can play video, music and photo files stored on DLNA certified media servers connected to your home network. In order to use this feature, you must connect this unit to your local network. (unwarranted for wireless environment)

• For details, refer to the user manual of the DLNA certified device.

1.Follow steps 1 to 2 in “NETWORK FEATURES” on page 37.

2.Start DLNA home media servers in your home network.

3.Press [HOME].

4.Use [Î/ ï/ Í/ Æ] to select “Home Network”, then press [OK].

This unit will start loading the media server list.

To cancel loading, press [Ê (stop)].

To reload the media server list, press [YELLOW].

5.After loading, media server list will appear. Select a media server you want to access, then press [OK].

6.File list of the selected media server will appear. Select a file you want to play back, then press [Æ (play)] or [OK] to start playback.

If you select a folder, select a file in the folder and then press [Æ (play)] or [OK] to start playback.
