7The DIGI LINK

Your player is equipped with the DIGI

LINK function. This function uses the

CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) protocol.

CEC allows external devices which are con- nected to the »HDMI« sockets by an HDMI cable (e.g. Blu-ray Disc player and LCD/LED-TV) to be operated with a remote control.

Prerequisite is that the devices connected sup- port CEC. Read the user manual for the LCD/ LED-TV to find out how to activate the corre- sponding function.
